I've been typing before I could write, practically. So of course, I have plenty of contact information all over the internet.

About Me
While this is a newish blog, I've always been creative. Since my mom was a graphic designer, I grew up using paper swatch books as art paper, instead of construction paper. I always had a keen eye of what I wanted my room to look like, I'd frequently rearrange furniture on a rainy day. I'm musical, a trumpet player, and an alum of Santa Clara Vanguard. I used to blog ALOT in high school, and did graphic design of my own. I currently work in the creative world, as a production manager at a Napa Valley printer, and I'm lucky enough to see (and be inspired by) the many beautiful pieces that cross my desk everyday!
I used to craft when I was a kid, but it was never a huge passion. My insane, former, step-mom taught me cross-stitch, a neighbor taught me how to quilt, and my mom would hem my pants, since I was always far too short for my pant-size.
I've been with my boyfriend, Trevor, for 5+ yrs, and we've known each other since I was 16. We moved into a PERFECT little rental Feb 2009, and the crafting bug bit me again. I'd barely sewn anything in 10yrs, but was determined to recover a FreeCycle couch before we moved in. We moved in Febuary, so 3 weeks of rainy days I was down in the cold garage hammering, sawing, stapling and sewing, and once I was finished, I was sure I could accomplish anything else I set my mind on.
In December 2009, we welcomed our baby girl, Delaney into our world. She's the happiest, sweetest, BEST baby I've ever met (if I do say so myself), and I hope she looks back fondly on shopping adventures with Mom, grabbing coffee and browsing fabric and thrift shops.
I've lived a lot in my 23 years of life, and I have so much more to look forward to. Thanks for following me along this journey!
